
Ingredient :
chicken-1kg,
MARINATION FOR yoghurt-1 1/2 cup(small tea cup)
ginger&garlic paste-1/2tblsp,
chilly powder-1/2 tbl spoon,
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp,
dry methi powder(kasthur methi dry avlble in super market)1/2tsp,
garam masala (powder of cinammon,cloves, cardamom,fennel seed,mace,and little cumin seed),
lime juice,
mustard oil,
salt,
little red colour
. combine all these ingreds mix with small chicken cubes rest over night. Cook in the oven 180 degree for 15 minutes.
FOR GRAVY :
Tomato-1kg,cashew nut-150gm paste, choped onion-500gm, ginger&garlic paste-1/2 tsp, chilly powder-1/2tsp,turmeric powder-1/2tsp,corriander powder-1tsp,garam masala-1tsp,cumin powder-1/2tsp, methi powder-1tsp. Heat the oil & little ghee add chop onion saute till light brown add ginger&garlic paste,then all spices(powders) add chop tomato cook well till tomato mash & mix with onion,then cashew paste, add 150gm butter saute again till the butter appear on the gravy add red colour,cool down then paste the gravy in mixer, bring back the gravy to the pan add some water boil it check seasoning if need add more garam masala & methipowder then add chicken cook few minutes add little cream little honey or sugar finish with chop corriander leaves.
