Murgh anarkali

Ingredient :
chicken 1 no
onion 1/2 kg
tomatoes 50gm
yogurt 50gm
ghee 15gm
garlic 15gm
cashew-nut 50gm
cardamon 1no
eggs 2no
paneer 50gm
coriander powder 5gm
red chilli powder 5gm
rose water few drops


methods :

clean and cut chicken in to four pieces and bone out.
flatten them and stuff with stuffing of paneer and chopped dry nuts.
Beat egg yolk and fold intobeaten white of egg.
coat the chicken with the egg and deep fry till brown
brown chopped onion in hot fat.
add garam masala ,and garlic and ginger paste add chilli powder, coriander powder, add yogurt
add fried chicken, rose water serve hot , garnish cashew-nut, coriander leaves.
