pumpkin soup

Ingredients:
pumpkin 455gm
vegetable stock 590ml
milk 300ml
butter 15gm
salt to taste
pepper a pinch
parsley a few spring



Method
peel pumpkin, remove seed and stringy part, cut into small
cubes. add just enough water to cook. boil till tender.
press pumpkin through a sieve. return to pan with the butter milk ,stock and season.
bring to boil and serve hot with hot with crouton and garnish with parsley.
