tomatoes 350gm
onion 30gm
butter 30gm
refined flour 30gm
milk 300ml
stock 750ml
tomato paste 30gm
salt to taste
cream 50ml
Method
clean and cut tomatoes.
make roux [ melt butter add flour mix cook it well in slow heat, add milk . ]
In a pan add butter, onion saute add sliced tomatoes , tomato paste
add vegetable stock, cream salt boil well and add roux.
strain in well serve with crouton.
