Palak gravy
Ingredient
spinach 1kg
oil 100ml
chop garlic 20gm
salt to taste
butter 100gm
sugar 1tsp
Method
Blanch the spinach and grand it well.
Heat oil add chop garlic
add the blended mixture.
add salt, sugar finally butter
granish with cream
