oil 2-3 spoon
curd [yogurt] 1cup
mustard seed 1tsp
boil rice 500gm
curry leaves 8-10 nos
coriander leaves chop
chop onion 1 whole
garlic chop 4-5
ginger 1 no
cashew nut 8-10
grated carrot 1no
milk 500ml
Method:
Heat the oil in a pan.
add mustard seed and curry leaves after crackle.
add chop onion, garlic, ginger and saute.
Boil the milk and cool down.
add the boiled rice , add milk, yogurt.
add salt to taste.
garnish with tempered mustard, curry leaves and cashew nut.
