Black pomfret 500gm
small onion 2-3nos
curry leaves 1 sprig
oil 20ml
salt,vinegar to taste
ginger 10gm
turmeric 1tsp
red chilli 2-3nos
grind to a fine paste

Method :
clean fish , Heat oil fry spices
remove and apply well on fish, in another pan.
add a little oil line bottom with banana leaves spread prepared fish.
cover with curry leaves, again cover with banana leaves.
place lid over, cook over very slow fire for 15-20mins, serve hot.
