Egg curry

Ingredient:
egg s 4 nos
onion 3 nos
tomato 2 nos
curry leaves 1 spring
ginger, garlic paste 2tsp
fennel seed tsp
mustard seed 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1tsp
chilli powder 2tsp
coriander powder 3 tsp
grated coconut 100gm
green chilli 3nos
oil 20ml
fresh coriander for garnish
salt to taste.





method :

Boil the egg with salt water for 5min ,peel the egg shell.
grind the grated coconut with water and make fine paste.
heat oil , add mustard seed, after crackle add fennel seed.
add curry leaves, green chilli.
add slice onion saute until cook [ golden colour]
add turmeric, chilli , coriander powder and saute.
add tomato, saute add water as required.
add coconut paste, salt. after boiled finally add boiled eggs.
garnish with chop coriander.
serve hot with rice, roti breads.
