
Ingredient :
pomfert or ghol fish 1
red chilli 2tsp
cumi seed 1tsp
garlic 20gm
turmeric 1tsp
fish masala 2tsp
salt, vinegar to taste
oil 30ml
Method :
Clean wash and slice the fish.
grind to a fine the chillies cumin seed, garlic, turmeric and ginger
marinate the mixture with fish.
heat oil add mustard, chop onion, garlic.
add all fish masala saute, add few water to boil.
fry the fish separately, finally add fish.
