Prawn curry

Ingredient:

Prawn 500gm
red chilli 5gm
pepper corn a few
mustard seed 1tsp
cumin 1tsp
tamarind 10gm
coriander 15gm
onion 50gm
garlic 60flakes
coconut 1
salt to taste
curry leaves 1sprig
oil 15ml



Method
clean the prawns, grind spices with coconut
Heat oil, fry curry leaves add spices and fry well.
add salt tamarind pulp and water
when liquid starts to simmer add prawn and reduce fire.
