Madras Fish fry

Ingredients :

king fish 500 gm (3-4 pieces )
turmeric powder 1 tsp
chilli powder 2tsp
fish masala 3tsp
curry leaves 8-10 nos
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
oil 100ml
salt to taste




Marination :
fish,ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli, fish masala, lemon juices salt for 1hour

Methods :

heat oil add the marinated fish in the pan reduce heat,
after 10 mins turn the fish and cook another side for 10 min
cooking is done in shallow fry.
garnish with fried curry leaves,lemon and onion rings.
